Can Hydrogen Alkaline Water be your Treatment?
One of the most important considerations to your health is hydration. Without proper hydration you are subjecting your body to disease.
In the book “Your Body’s Many Cries For Water”, Dr F. Batmanghelidj discusses why water is your only source of hydration for your body and why your body will become a source of disease when it is dehydrated. Dr. F. Batmanghelidj states, “Our health is truly dependent on the quality and quantity of the water we drink. The simple truth is that dehydration can cause disease.”
Here's the problem. The average person doesn't drink water. Instead they drink carbonated beverages, coffee, fruit juices and alcoholic beverages. These beverages cause disease because they are dehydrating your body. Let me say that again. Carbonated beverages, coffee, fruit juices and alcoholic beverages cause disease because they are dehydrating your body. Why? Caffeine and alcohol are dehydrating agents. These are common ingredients in your beverages. If this picture looks like you, stop drinking these beverages and replace them with Hydrogen Alkaline Ionized Water.

What is Hydrogen Alkaline Water? Alkaline Water is defined as water that has a pH (potential for hydrogen) greater than 7.0 or an ORP (oxygen reduction potential) of -1 or lower. Your city tap water will normally have a moderately acidic ORP of 250. Bottled water is also moderately acidic similar to tap water. Fresh well water is approximately 100 times less acidic but still has an ORP of 10-50 (slightly acidic).

Acid-Alkaline balance is popular in emergency care medicine but should be important in the health maintenance of our body. [Updated 2/8/2015] We at cause-of-prostate-cancer.com have been researching these alkaline hydrogen water sticks for the past five years. The hydrogen alkaline water sticks last anywhere from 3 - 8 months. Based on our research we recommend adding grey (Celtic) sea salt 1 tsp per quart of water to:
1. increase the alkalinity,
2. extend the life of the water stick,
3. and with increase of water intake we must increase the salt intake to prevent Hyponatremia.
We have found the best way to drink this alkaline hydrogen water is to buy five sticks and put them in 5-- 1 Quart bottles. Number each bottle 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Rotate drinking the bottles in order. Why should I do this? The longer you allow the stick to remain in the water the more alkaline hydrogen it becomes -- which means the more beneficial for your body.
One bottle I let sit in the refrigerator for 1 week without using. We tested the water at -517 ORP (5,000 times stronger then normal stick after 2-6 hours in the water). This stick was 3 months old! To obtain therapeutic results allow the stick to remain in the water for at least 48 hours (therapeutic level means that the ORP is -250 or higher). [End of Update]
Do these Alkaline Hydrogen Water Sticks really work?
I have purchased some of the brands and experimented with the quality and quantity of Alkaline Water received. The cost of the sticks very from $6 to $80. I have found that because the stick is only $6 does not mean it is not effective. I have found a $6 stick that is as effective as the expensive ones.
In the past two years the price of these "water sticks" have dropped by more than 25%. I purchased these at $8.20 per unit in 2013 and now they are less than $5.80.
Some work surprisingly well while others do not last very long. We at cause-of-prostate-cancer.com recommend one alkaline hydrogen stick that costs only $5.80 per unit when you purchase five sticks. We have no affiliation with this seller - nor do we know the manufacturer of this product. We do know that it works great and is 80% lower than some other brands out there.

What is Alkaline Ionized Water?
Simply put, Alkaline Ionized Water is plain water that has gone through the process of electrolysis, or ionization. (Alkaline water is sometimes referred to as ionized water.) During this process, the water is split into two streams — alkaline water and acid water. Before going through this process, ordinary tap water has a neutral to acidic pH.
During ionization, water is split into acid and alkaline streams. In the case of a water ionizer, the alkaline stream is dispensed and the acid stream is discarded. Another important property of Alkaline Ionized Water is microclustering. Tap water tends to come in large clusters of 10 to 13 molecules. Ionization breaks up these clusters into smaller groups called microclusters. These tiny clusters permeate through cell walls faster, resulting in quicker hydration as well as easy solubility.
Alkaline Ionized Water is not a chemical, nor does it have anything added to it. This Ionized Water is simply water with smaller molecules and a higher pH.
Water ionizers run water over positive and negative electrodes in a process known as electrolysis. The electrodes ionize the water into negative ions and positive ions—creating acidic and alkaline water. Acidic water is released out of one ionizer tube, while Alkaline Water is shunted out of another tube. You can select the therapeutic level of Alkaline Ionized Water using the machine's water output mode that you select on the electronic LCD screen.
Before Ionization, water molecules typically cluster in groups of 11 to 16 molecules. What water ionizers do is break large water molecule clusters apart, creating smaller clusters of 5 to 6 molecules. What smaller clusters of water molecules mean for you is that the water you’re drinking is micro clustered, and more easily absorbed at the cellular level, which means improved hydration and detoxification, as well as improved delivery of nutrients at a cellular level.
