Find Your Healthy Salad Dressings
I pour the following ingredients into my freshly cut raw salad as follows: • Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar- [2-3 Tablespoons] • Flaxseed Oil (and/or Sunflower, Sesame or Poppy Seed Oil)- [4-6 Tablespoons] • Balsamic Vinegar (for taste) – [1-2 Tablespoon] • Parmesan Cheese – [Sprinkle over salad to taste] • Raisins, and/or Craisins or Stevia for sweetness Don’t forget your small bowl of cottage cheese as your side dish [Budwig Protocol].
Don’t buy supermarket salad dressings! Store bought salad dressings use toxic oils such as canola, vegetable, or soybean. Supermarket salad dressings cause cancer and are not allowed on the “Anti-Cancer Diet”.

How to get your favorite dressings
Find your favorite dressings by experimenting. If you find recipes on the Internet they usually contain ingredients not allowed on the “Anti-Cancer Diet”. For example: 3 Tablespoons of Sugar can be substituted with Stevia. Substitute toxic bad fatty canola, vegetable or soybean oils with healthy therapeutic Flaxseed, Sesame, Sunflower or Poppy Seed Oil. These are your therapeutic oils and must be included in your “Anti-Cancer Diet”. If your not sure your salad dressing is healthy send the recipe to us to analyze.
