Fasting can truly be a life-altering event.
Cancer: Why Me? When people are exposed to serious disease many times they just don’t know where to turn to. You put all your faith in a Doctor. This faith is crushed when your Doctor tells you “I can’t do anything more for you, just get your affairs in order.” Crushed by this information you turn to your God, your Family and your Friends for support. Your Friends offer you support and suggestions, “don’t give up, I know somebody who can help you……….” “I need someone to guide me through my illness. Tell me what to do. I just want to get better but I don’t know how. Everyone offers me advice but I don’t know if any of it is good. Some say take this and you will get better. What should I do? I am in a battle for my life and I don’t know where to turn.” I wish I could say, “I know how you are feeling,” but I can’t. I don’t know what it is like to have a serious disease. The agony, the indecision, the trust gone array, the pain in dealing with my illness and seeing my family watch me go through this. Even though you are down, I offer hope. Hope using an alternative approach. What is this alternative approach? I want to take your tired immune stricken body and build it back up to that time when you were healthy. I offer a step-by-step approach to guide you every day through this process. In most cases you can turn your diseased body back to pristine health in as little as 60 Days. Fasting: Heightening Your Awareness

Fasting: A Natural Process

Fasting is Natural
Your body naturally “Fasts” when it is sick. When you have the “Flu” any thought of food usually sends you to the bathroom vomiting. Your body naturally fights the infection through “Fasting”. Fasting is Gods’ high-powered spiritual tool for receiving a breakthrough in body and spirit. You must listen to the voice of your body – fasting is a natural instinctive way of healing. Anyone who has been sick understands that your hunger ceases. Any attempt to bypass your body’s signal to fast will often result in violent regurgitation or stomach discomfort.
How Should I Fast?
I recommend a three-day “Juice Fast” every month while you are on the “Anti-Cancer Diet” which includes only “Alkaline Water” and “Vegetable Juice”. This can be done anytime during your Natural Treatments. See the section on “Juicing” Chapter 4 “Anti-Cancer Diet”.
Herxheimer Reaction
While your are on this “Fast” you may experience a Herxheimer reaction or “die-off” effect that many people experience when dramatically improving their diet. You may actually feel worse during this “Fast” as your body purges itself from the built up toxins. You may feel nausea, energy drop, and slow digestion. These experiences are natural. I don’t recommend the “Fast” during your workweek. Start on a Friday so you will finish on a Sunday. I recommend Fasting whether you are sick or healthy as a natural means to recharge your immune system.
Day 4 You Did It! Congratulate Yourself! You may begin eating solid foods on the “Anti-Cancer Diet”. Start slowly by eating small meals, preferably fruits and vegetables.
