"My 60-Day Planner" Day 1, 2 & 3 Pre-Cleanse "Getting the Bowels Moving" Day 1 - 3 of "Getting Started Back To Health" When to Start Your Program If you are working a Monday to Friday Job, I recommend starting your Program on a Sunday because of the Blessed Herbs five-day liquid fast starts on Day 4 (Wednesday). You should consider taking Thursday and Friday off especially if your job is labor intensive. You will begin day 1 on your “Anti-Cancer Diet” and continue for three days before your 5-day liquid fast. Your “Anti-Cancer Diet” will help your Blessed Herbs “Pre-Cleanse” go more smoothly. The goal of the “Pre-Cleanse” is to get your Bowel Movements more regular. During this cleanse you will be taking Digestive Stimulator before Dinner and 1-hour before bedtime (at 9 pm) you will take the “Toxin Absorber.” Follow your “Checklist & Log” for each day You will start taking supplements on Day 10. Please do not take your supplements until you have completed your five-day liquid fast. Follow the daily guide. Print the Checklist & Log for each day and complete as you go through your day (be truthful to yourself). Why should I keep a log? The log will show where your weaknesses are and where you need to improve. You may have some days where you fail to follow the Program because of emergencies; abrupt changes in plans or you forget to do some of the items. Don’t forget to log your failures too. When you have completed each section put a checkmark next to the number (For example: __X 1. Sleep). If you did not exercise, don’t put a checkmark, just leave it blank but say “no exercise because…..”. If you follow your Planner correctly you will have checkmarks next to every number. My Checklist & Log Day ___ Print this Checklist & Log for Day 1, 2 & 3. Please complete and check off items as they are completed. You will use this log for each day. Print this off three times. Sleep Habits for more information. Keep a daily log on the time you go to bed and when you wake up. Describe your sleep from a scale of 1 to 10. 1= Worst night sleep, restless, couldn’t fall asleep 10= Best night sleep, fell into a deep sleep quickly and don’t remember waking up during the night, very restful. My Log: In Bed _______ Woke Up _______ Describe Your Sleep _______ [Describe your sleep on a scale 1-10] ___ 2. Wake up between 5-6 AM for your exercise. ___ 3. Before you exercise drink 1-Quart Alkaline Water, with 1 Teaspoon Gray Sea Salt. When you wake up you are usually dehydrated. Never exercise when you are dehydrated. Dehydration is very stressful on your body and is a cause of disease. You have been provided this log to keep track of all your food and drink. It is important to sweat so you must dress warmly. Stretch your muscles prior to exercise to prevent injury. Exercise either by: Rebounding for three minutes, or walk one mile, ride your bike five miles, or swim for five minutes. Keep a daily log of your exercise. What you did? (Example: rebound, walk, sauna etc) How long you did it? (Example: 5 minutes) Distance covered? (Example: 1 mile, 1000 jumps) Describe how you felt from a scale of 1 to 10 (1 felt horrible, 10 felt great). If you cannot exercise for medical reasons, I recommend replacing your exercise time with a sauna. Consult with your doctor to make sure it’s safe to use a sauna, especially if you are taking medications. See Chapter 9: Why Do I Need to Exercise? ___ 5. After Exercise: Drink ½ to 1½ -Quarts of alkaline water, with salt based on the duration of your workout. Use this as a general rule: If your workout was 15 Minutes or less- ½ Quart, 15-25 minutes- 1-Quart, 25-40 minutes 1½-Quarts. My Log: Time _______ Amt of Alk Water (w/salt) ___________________ ___ 6. Shower or Bath- using no harsh toxic soaps, shampoos, conditioners, toothpaste, shaving cream etc. After shower rub coconut oil over entire body. What? Why do I need to rub coconut oil over my entire body? When you bathe with soap and water, the protective chemical barrier on the skin is washed off; leaving your skin vulnerable to germs that can cause infection. Applying a layer of Coconut oil helps to quickly reestablish this barrier. Coconut oil, also, lubricates and softens your skin while killing those awful pathogens. How to Apply Coconut Oil to Your Skin Apply a thin layer of oil over your entire body including your face. Don’t use too much, or it will sit on the surface of the skin and rub off on your clothing. Massage Oil into your skin, focusing on areas where the skin is dry, red, cut or bruised. Massage the oil on the feet and work it between the toes. This is great way to prevent and even treat foot fungus. Feet tend to be neglected and become dry and cracked. Coconut Oil and Your Hair (optional) Prior to your shower or bath: To help control dandruff and improve the appearance of your hair, apply the coconut oil to your scalp and massage it in. Work it into the skin. Let the oil soak into your scalp and hair for at least 15 minutes. After soaking your scalp, wash it out. In as little as two weeks you will notice a big difference in your scalp and the look in your hair. This sure beats the harsh toxic chemical based dandruff shampoos. Do this daily until you notice results and then weekly thereafter for maintenance. Coconut Oil and Your Skin Blemishes Coconut oil can help with all types of skin blemishes. Skin discolorations, acne, wrinkles, growths, liver spots, burns, cuts, insect bites and other injuries can be quickly eliminated by massaging coconut oil to the affected area three times daily. ___ 7. Breakfast – Beat 3-6 raw free-range eggs in a glass and drink them. Make sure they are raw free-range eggs from your local farmer. Do not buy the supermarket eggs. Cooking the eggs destroys the natural enzymes and nutrients. I Drink 4 eggs every day myself and find them to be delicious. Raw eggs contain high concentrations of the precursor amino acids that your body uses to make glutathione. Glutathione is crucial in the liver for detoxification and can become depleted by alcohol consumption and general toxic overload. Eggs are high in protein, vitamins, minerals, protein, amino acids and a strong Anti-fungal. Look at the nutrition content.

Suggested “Anti-Cancer” Lunches are shown below Create your own salad with your favorite vegetables but remember to include at least 10 vegetables for that perfect “Anti-Cancer Meal”. Super Salad Super Salad – Romaine lettuce, Spinach Leaves, Green Leaf Lettuce, Parsley, Cilantro, Broccoli Spears (cut the ends off spears), Fresh Garlic (use a garlic crusher), Red Onions (diced), Green Onions (cut up), Baby Carrots (diced), Cauliflower (cut up small pieces), Bell Peppers, and Red Radishes. Don’t forget that “Anti-Cancer” salad dressing found in Addendum #2. Do not use store bought salad dressings because they cause cancer.
