Congratulations, you have completed Blessed Herbs Step 1 Program covering your Colon & digestive system. If you followed the program correctly your digestive system should be completely rejuvenated. Your bowel movements will be more frequent because your colon has been cleaned from the gunky buildup. The hardest part is now over. You are well on your way to “Getting Started Back to Health”.



What’s Next?

Day 10 – 24 continues with Step 2 of Blessed Herbs “Internal Cleanse”. Step 2 focuses on cleansing your Liver & Gallbladder while destroying parasites that have invaded your body. Step 3 focuses on cleansing your Lungs, Kidney and Bladder. The program finishes with Step 4 which focuses on cleansing your Lymph, Blood and Skin.

We will begin your Supplementation on Day 10. You will be taking the supplements we discussed in Chapter 5- Supplementation. I recommend rereading Chapter 5 for review of the supplements required in "My 60-Day Planner."

We will continue to provide you a daily guide and log to guide you through the Program. Continue to keep your log updated for future reference and auditing your results.

___ 8. Breakfast: Organic Apple and/or 3-6 raw free-range eggs in a glass and drink them. Cooking the eggs destroys the natural enzymes and nutrients.

Raw eggs contain high concentrations of the precursor amino acids that your body uses to make glutathione. How Often Should I Sunbath?

A minimum of 3 days and there is no maximum. Since you are on the “Budwig Anti-Cancer Protocol” you need to continue to recharge your body’s battery through sunshine. The electron rich Flaxseed Oil you are taking attracts the electro-magnetic wave photons from the sun rays. The sun rays are actually charging your body and building up your immune system. Why would you not want to get this benefit as often as you can?

___ 17. Dinner– Your Dinner should include only those items listed on the “Anti-Cancer Diet”. Vary your meats and fish daily. For example: Eat salmon on Monday, beef on Tuesday, chicken on Wednesday, salmon on Thursday, and beef on Friday etc.

For proper digestion eat your fruit first because it digests quicker and will putrefy in your gut if eaten last. After your fruit eat your salad (or vegetable juice) and then your meat. Meat should always be eaten last.

Take your time and eat your food thoroughly. Remember Chapter 6 when we discussed “How to Chew Your Food Properly”.

You may drink those “Drinks Allowed on the Anti-Cancer Diet” which include Alkaline Water, Fresh Vegetable Juice, Fresh Fruit Juices, Herbal Teas, Raw Cow or Goat Milk.
