"My 60-Day Planner" Day 25 - 60 End of Blessed Herbs "Internal Cleanse" Continue "Anti-Cancer Diet" Begin "Indian Herb Formula" Day 25 - 60 of "Getting Started Back To Health" Congratulations, you have completed Blessed Herbs “Internal Cleanse Program!” If you followed the program correctly, you have successfully cleaned up all your body’s means of elimination. You should feel better than you have in a long time. Watch out for complacency You’re almost half way through “My 60-Day Planner” and each day is getting easier as your body adapts to this new diet. Your biggest concern now is complacency. Why? Once you begin to feel better you think you can go back to some of your old bad habits. This could simply be eating ice cream in the evening or your favorite breakfast cereal in the morning. STOP RIGHT NOW! This is “My 60-Day Planner” for a reason. Your body needs at least 60 Days to remove all the toxins that have accumulated in decades of abuse. Your immune system is still at a very fragile state. While you may be feeling better do not take this as sign that you have recovered. You have not! In these next 36 Days you need to continue to do the things you did the first 24 Days. Take each day as if it was your last day. Follow the Program as outlined. The Logs were put into your Planner for a reason. Keep your Log detailed, truthful and concise. Everything that goes into your mouth must be documented and logged. If you have a relapse we can check your Log and audit your performance. “My 60-Day Planner” has a few changes to them. Since you are exercising longer and harder we have included a supplement program immediately following your exercise to get the immediate benefits. You will begin taking the “Indian Herb” twice daily. Obtain Your Doctor's Appointment Now Obtain a Doctor's appointment now for your 61st Day. After you obtain the appointment put this on your calendar so you don’t forget. Why? You are going to check on your progress with your Doctor and compare your information from when you started and when you completed "My 60-Day Planner." You are going to get the facts. Breakfast: Organic Apple and/or 3-6 raw free-range eggs in a glass and drink them. Cooking the eggs destroys the natural enzymes and nutrients. Take your supplement cayenne pepper sometime during your breakfast (2 Tsp). Raw eggs contain high concentrations of the precursor amino acids that your body uses to make glutathione. Glutathione is crucial in the liver for detoxification and can become depleted by alcohol consumption and general toxic overload. Eggs are high in protein, vitamins and minerals. See attached chart for nutritional information. After Breakfast– "Indian Herbal Formula: Day 25-44 or for 20 days, use a wooden or plastic utensil to lift out enough Indian Herb to make a dose a little less than one half of a dried English pea. Make sure you know how big a dried English pea is, even if you need to get one! Take this very small dose, a little less than HALF A DRIED ENGLISH PEA in volume and stir it into a small amount of water or in a gelatin capsule. Swallow this brownish liquid, including the herbal fibers you will notice in the glass. Some people prefer to pack the less than half a dried English pea dose into a “gel cap” and swallow it after the meal. The Indian Herb will “melt” the gelatin capsule quickly; so don’t make extras. You will be taking this herb twice daily for 20 days (Day 25 – 44), then take five days off (Day 45-49) then resume for 11 more days (Day 50 – 60). • Keep the Indian Herb in a dark, cool place. Do not refrigerate. • Use only clean wooden or plastic utensils when “dipping into the vial.” • If the Indian Herb dries out, don’t worry. Simply add a little water” and mix well to re-hydrate. For example: Eat salmon on Monday, beef on Tuesday, chicken on Wednesday, salmon on Thursday, and beef on Friday etc. For proper digestion eat your fruit first because it digests quicker and will putrefy in your gut if eaten last. After your fruit eat your salad (or vegetable juice) and then your meat. Meat should always be eaten last. Take your time and eat your food thoroughly. Remember Chapter 6 when we discussed “How to Chew Your Food Properly”. You may drink those “Drinks Allowed on the Anti-Cancer Diet” which include Alkaline Water, Fresh Vegetable Juice, Fresh Fruit Juices, Herbal Teas, Raw Cow or Goat Milk.
