Day 4 - 8 of "Getting Started Back To Health"

For this program to work you must take each day at a time. Once you are on Day 4 just concentrate on only what you need to get through this day. I think the hardest part of this plan is the first two days of your “Liquid Fast.” The “Liquid Fast”, I think, gets easier because you begin to see results by the second and third day. Watch out because by the third or fourth day you might be expelling some awful looking stuff like this.

___ 1. Sleep: Were you in bed before 10 PM and did you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep? Proper sleep is so important in “Getting Started Back to Health”. Did you write down in your log the time you went to bed and when you woke up? Did you describe your sleep from a scale of 1 to 10?

___ 2. Wake up between 5-6 AM for your exercise.



___ 3. Before you exercise drink 1-Quart Alkaline Water, with 1 Teaspoon Gray Sea Salt. Proper hydration is one key to getting your health back. Did you write down everything you drank including the time you drank it? Keep your log for future reference.

___ 4. Exercise Level 1 [For the Beginner- If this is too easy go to a higher Level] - Dress to sweat! Remember to dress warmly. Your goal is to sweat. So be sure you dress to sweat! Did you remember to stretch your muscles before you exercise? Exercise: Either of the following: Rebounding for three minutes, or walk one mile, ride your bike five miles, or swim for five minutes. Did you keep a log of your exercise or Sauna? What you did? (Example: rebound, walk etc) How long you did it? (Example: 5 minutes) Distance covered? (Example: 1 mile, 1000 jumps)

___ 5. After Exercise: Drink ½ to 1½ -Quarts of alkaline water, with salt based on the duration of your workout. Use this as a general rule: If your workout was 15 Minutes or less- ½ Quart, 15-25 minutes- 1-Quart, 25-40 minutes 1½-Quarts.

___ 6. Shower or Bath- using no harsh toxic soaps, shampoos, conditioners, toothpaste, shaving cream etc. After shower rub coconut oil over entire body.




___ 7. Toxin Absorber, Colon Cleanse - Day 4-8: Liquid Fast – No solid foods for five days!! Follow the 9-Day Program. Follow Blessed Herbs “Colon Cleansing Kit” instructions. Don’t forget to take your “Toxin Absorber” and apple juice with you to work, school or whenever you leave home. Take every 3 hours, 5 times daily.

___ 8. Hydration– Stay hydrated with Alkaline Water (w/salt). Drink 1-2 gallons of Alkaline Water per day with 1 tsp of Grey Sea Salt per quart of water. Are you following the log of when and how much Alkaline Water and Apple Juice you consume?

Stay hydrated during the day with Alkaline Water (w/salt). Continue to document your log for future reference. If you are working don't forget to take enough Alkaline Water for the day (minimum 1 Gallon). Drink the Alkaline Water 1/2 hour after your Toxin Absorber.

___ 9. Sauna- (5-5:30 pm) Take your after work or early evening sauna break. Clean your lymph system while you sweat those toxins out of your body. Don’t forget to bring your Alkaline Water (w/salt) to use before and after your sauna. Did you log your results?

___ 10. What to do when I get Hunger Pains? – Your cravings for solid foods will may haunt you the Second Day but should subside as your body is accustomed to the Liquid Diet. “Toxin Absorber” usually eliminates food cravings since it gives you a feeling of fullness while inside of your stomach. If you get hungry for solid food, you may do any of the following:

Meditate in Prayer and ask God to help you through your Cleanse.
I do this when I fast and it really helps my relationship with God.

___ 11. Evening- Did you avoid the TV? Did you ask the Lord to help you through your battle? Did you read that book that will inspire you? Prayer will keep you in the right frame of mind to tackle the very difficult lifestyle changes you are making. You need to hear this everyday: You’re making a profound change in your life and you need the support of God and your family. Use the evenings as a time for prayer and reading only inspiration books (including the Bible). This will help you sleep better and realize you’re not alone in your fight.

___ 12. Digestive Stimulator (9 pm)- Take Blessed Herbs Digestive Stimulator at least 2 hours after the last Toxin Absorber. Take dosage based on page 11-12 Colon Cleanse “User Guide”.
