Congratulations, you have finished the hardest part of this Program! The Juice Fast is finally over and you may begin to eat solid foods again. Your stomach has probably shrunk to a size of an apple so you need to reintroduce solid food slowly. Avoid large meals or you might experience nausea. Follow the plan outlined below as we slowly acquaint your body to solid foods again.



You are still following Blessed Herbs “Internal Cleanse” program. In Day 9 you will begin eating solid foods again. This will also be your last day of your Digestive System Rejuvenation and Colon Cleanse. Make sure you continue to take all the herbs and formulas that are required each day on this important 24-Day Whole Body “Internal Cleanse”.

___ 8. Breakfast: Organic Apple and/or 3-6 raw free-range eggs with 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass and drink them. Raw eggs contain high concentrations of the precursor amino acids that your body uses to make glutathione. Glutathione is crucial in the liver for detoxification and can become depleted by alcohol consumption and general toxic overload. Eggs are high in protein, vitamins and minerals (See Day 1-3 for Nutritional Information).

___ 12. Lunch- If you are at work you will prepare your lunch in advance since Restaurants are outlawed in "My 60-Day Planner." If you don't have time for Lunch take a vegetable juice to work with you. See “Vegetable Juicing Recipes” in Chapter 4- "Anti-Cancer Diet."

Create your own salad with your favorite vegetables but remember to include at least 10 vegetables for that perfect “Anti-Cancer Meal”.

Super Salad

Super Salad – Romaine lettuce, Spinach Leaves, Green Leaf Lettuce, Parsley, Cilantro, Broccoli Spears (cut the ends off spears), Fresh Garlic (use a garlic crusher), Red Onions (diced), Green Onions (cut up), Baby Carrots (diced), Cauliflower (cut up small pieces), Bell Peppers, and Red Radishes. Don’t forget that “Anti-Cancer” salad dressing found in Addendum #2. Do not use store bought salad dressings because they cause cancer.

___ 13. Sunshine on Your Body- Begin on Day 9 (Between 12:00-2:00 pm). If it is winter and you don’t live in Southern Florida or Hawaii you must take Vitamin D supplements.

When can I lie out in the sun?

You may lie out in the sun in the Northern Hemisphere between March 10 and October 1. To get the most benefit expose your body to the sunshine when it is at the highest point in the sky (between 12:00 – 2:00 pm).

In March and September the sun is much lower in the sky so you need longer exposure times. Just make sure that you never burn. Once your skin turns the slightest shade of pink, “you’re done for the day!” See Chapter 5- Supplementation 1. Vitamin D.


What about my workdays?

Come home for a long lunch break on sunny days if your work is indoors or find a place at work where you can lie out in the sun. Eat your “Anti-Cancer” lunch outdoors and expose as much of your body to the sunshine as possible.



How Often Should I Sunbath?

A minimum of 3 days and there is no maximum on "My 60-Day Planner." Since you are on the “Budwig Anti-Cancer Protocol” you need to continue to recharge your body’s battery through sunshine as often as possible. The electron rich Flaxseed Oil you are taking attracts the electro-magnetic wave photons from the sun rays. The sun rays are actually charging your body and building up your immune system. Why wouldn’t you want this benefit every day?



Watch out for that Summer Sun!

The summer sun is very intense. You can burn within minutes even if you are careful! Is your skin as white as a sheet? Limit your exposure in the beginning and be careful not to burn. In the summer when the sun is high in the sky you may need as little as 5-10 minutes exposure per side. Once your skin gets exposure to the sun you will experience a tan (unless you’re a red-head, you might experience more freckles). As you tan your body needs more exposure to the sun to get the same Vitamin D requirements. After a month in the sun you may need 10-20 minutes more per side to get the same benefit. Just follow the basic rule: Once your skin turns the slightest shade of pink, “you’re done for the day!”

___18. Dinner – You finally get to eat some meat you have been craving for the past five days. Your dinner should include a small portion of meat, raw vegetables (salad or juice) and fruit from the list of “Anti-Cancer” Foods in Chapter 4.

For proper digestion eat your fruit first because it digests quicker and will putrefy in your gut if eaten last. After your fruit eat your salad (or vegetable juice) and then your meat. Meat should always be eaten last.

Take your time and eat your food thoroughly. Remember Chapter 6 when we discussed “How to Chew Your Food Properly”. Well now is the time to do this.

You may drink those “Drinks Allowed on the Anti-Cancer Diet” which include Alkaline Water, Fresh Vegetable Juice, Fresh Fruit Juices, Herbal Teas, Raw Cow or Goat Milk.
