Why is this "Anti-Cancer
Diet" so Important?


There are foods that have cancer-fighting substances in them that actually help your body ward off cancer. Broccoli, for instance, contains a substance isothiocyanate that sparks hundreds of genetic changes by activating genes that fight cancer while deactivating genes that promote tumors.

In a study with broccoli, the participants ate four extra servings of broccoli per week for one year. The researchers collected tissue samples over the course of the study and found that the men who ate broccoli showed hundreds of beneficial changes in genes known to play a role in fighting cancer! That’s pretty impressive.

What’s even more impressive is the fact that you don’t have to make that drastic of a change to reap the benefits. In the “Anti-Cancer Diet” we include foods and drinks that are beneficial in fighting your cancer either directly or indirectly through an enhanced immune system.

Our first focus on the Diet is fluid intake. What drinks should you consume and what drinks should you avoid. The “Anti-Cancer Diet” focuses 90% of your fluid intake as water. Water is your only Source of Hydration

One of the most important considerations to your health is hydration. In the book “Your Body’s Many Cries For Water”, Dr F. Batmanghelidj discusses why water is your only source of hydration for your body and why your body will become a source of disease when it is dehydrated. Dr. F. Batmanghelidj states, “Our health is truly dependent on the quality and quantity of the water we drink.”

The typical person does not drink water but carbonated beverages, coffee, fruit juices and alcoholic beverages. These beverages cause disease. Yes, that is right—they cause disease! Pure clean water helps prevent disease. Why? Water is a natural detoxifier helping your body cleanse itself.



Why am I Dehydrated?

Proper hydration is our first and most important step to tackle in the “Anti-Cancer Diet.” Why is my body likely dehydrated? My body is dehydrated because I drink:

Many of these drinks are loaded with sugar feeding your fungus causing cancer. Remember fungus loves sugar. Caffeine and alcohol dehydrate your body. Thinking that tea, coffee, beer, wine and carbonated beverages are desirable substitutes for the purely natural water needs of the daily “stressed” body is an elementary but catastrophic mistake. These drinks do contain water, but they also contain dehydrating agents. That is why water is your best source to bring you back to health. Water contains no sugar, no caffeine, no preservatives, no alcohol or artificial coloring.



Coffee, Soft Drinks, Beer & Wine Cause Dehydration

Caffeine and alcohol are drugs and dehydrating agents. Drinking caffeinated and alcoholic beverages will only make your body more dehydrated. A body that is dehydrated is a body that is sick.



How do I know when I am Dehydrated?

By the color of your urine---- a properly hydrated body should have a colorless to light yellow urine. You know when you are dehydrated when your urine becomes dark yellow, or even orange in color. When you are dehydrated your kidneys are working hard to get rid of toxins in the body in very concentrated urine. That is why your urine becomes darker in color.

The “Anti-Cancer Diet” focuses on "Alkaline Water to bring you back to a healthy state again and avoiding those fluids that can make you dehydrated and sick. Lets focus on drinks you should avoid first.






Common Drinks You Must Avoid on the Anti-Cancer Diet

Lets discuss the drinks you will avoid on the “Anti-Cancer Diet”.


1. City (or Municipal) Tap Water

Municipal tap water contains chlorine and fluoride both very toxic to your body. Chlorine is a poison and causes arteriosclerosis because of the scarring of your arteries. The fluoride that is dumped into your water supply is a toxic by-product that comes from the manufacture of superphosphic fertilizers. I thought fluoride was good for you? Why is the fluoride in my City Water bad for me?



Where does the fluoride come from?

They call them “wet scrubbers” – the pollution control devices used by the phosphate industry to capture fluoride gases produced in the production of commercial fertilizer. In the past, when the industry let these gases escape, vegetation became scorched, crops destroyed, and cattle crippled for miles around the plant.

Today, with the development of sophisticated air-pollution control technology, less of the fluoride escapes into the atmosphere, and the type of pollution that threatened the survival of some communities in the 1950s and 60s, is but a thing of the past (at least in the US and other wealthy countries).

However, the impacts of the industry’s fluoride emissions are still being felt, although more subtly, by millions of people – people who, for the most part, do not live anywhere near a phosphate plant. Why?

That’s because, after being captured in the scrubbers, the fluoride acid (hydrofluorosilicic acid), a classified hazardous waste, is barreled up and sold, unrefined, to communities across the country. Communities add hydrofluorosilicic acid to their water supplies as the primary fluoride chemical for water fluoridation.

Even if you don’t live in a community where fluoride is added to water, you’ll still be getting a dose of it through cereal, soda, juice, beer and any other processed food and drink manufactured with fluoridated water. (Courtesy of www.fluoridealert.org.)

2. Bottled Water

Most bottled waters come from City Tap Water sources and go through Reverse Osmosis. Bottled water when tested is extremely acidic to the body. The Bottled water containers contain a toxic plastic called Bisphenol A, also, known as “BPA”.



Your Toxic Water Bottles

Recent studies have shown that BPA in some hard plastic liquid-containing bottles can create bad effects in humans. Some of these bottles include name brands such as Nalgene as well as water coolers and baby bottles, which many people find very frightening.

BPA is a main component of polycarbonate plastics. While those types of plastics are popular for water bottles, they’ve also been used for a long time in baby bottles as well as other bottles, and BPA can even be found in the polymers of dental fillings as well as other products.



What is Bisphenol A (BPA)?

BPA is a main component of polycarbonate plastics. You may be wondering what BPA actually does, since it’s a tasteless, colorless chemical that isn’t easily detectable to a human when it is consumed. However, these bottles and other products leach this chemical into the liquid.

How do these bottles leach this chemical? Leaching is when the chemical sort of leaks from overuse and the plastic sloughing off slowly, even though that’s pretty much undetectable as well.

BPA is known as an endocrine-disruptor, and this certain endocrine-disruptor acts as a form of natural estrogen. This, however, poses a problem, because the body already naturally produces enough estrogen of its own, and the high amounts can lead to duplication, blockage, or the exaggeration of hormonal responses, as well as screwing up chromosomal reproduction.



BPA Water Bottles Are Dangerous

What all this means is-- "it is very dangerous." It can lead to changes in hormonal functions and predisposition to cancer cells in breast and other tissues, as well as increased weight of the prostate and other health problems. There has only been a relatively small amount of research done on this subject, however, its results so far have shown to be rather dangerous to animals and humans. Also, even though the main focus here is protecting humans, if these bottles are thrown away or littered they can harm the environment as well, because it acts as a pollutant.



Which Water Bottles contain BPA?

There are ways, however, to prevent you from ingesting BPA, such as knowing which types of plastics contain it. There are seven classes of plastics, and class 7 itself is the one that includes products containing BPA. Class 3 plastics also have the possibility of containing BPA since it’s used as an antioxidant in the plasticizers, but they don’t always contain it. If BPA-containing plastics are exposed to high-temperature liquids the BPA leaches out of them at a much faster rate than normal, as well. The other classes (1, 2, 4, 5, 6) don’t contain any form of BPA, and therefore have no risk of ingestion.



How can I check Water Bottles for BPA?

The way you can tell which type of plastic your container is made of is to look at the recycle logo on the bottom of it.

In the center of the logo there should be a number, and that’s the number of the class of the plastic. If the number is 3 or 7 do not buy the water.

Also, many bottled water companies have started to advertise on their product as “BPA Free”. Look for “BPA Free” the next time you buy bottled water for your family.



Can I drink bottled water if it is BPA Free?

No. Not on the “Anti-Cancer Diet”. Take “BPA Free” water bottles and fill them with pure clean “Alkaline Water” and drink from them. This is the only water recommended on the “Anti-Cancer Diet”.



3. Reverse Osmosis Water (ROW)

Water purifying method that uses semi permeable membranes to remove contaminates and minerals from your water. Most Water Bottling Companies use the Reverse Osmosis method to purify their water.



What is wrong with Reverse Osmosis Water?

Reverse Osmosis Water does a great job taking all the bad chemicals and contaminates out of your drinking water but in the process, it takes all the good minerals out also. What is left is dead acidic water that with no life to it. This type of water does a poor job of hydrating your body because the water clusters are too large. Is Reverse Osmosis Water bad for you? No. Reverse Osmosis Water is much better then City Tap Water and Bottled Water but is not recommended in your “Anti-Cancer Diet” because it does not provide the therapeutic results you need.



4. Filtered Water

The most popular type of water filtration unit for the home is an activated carbon filter that either attaches to the kitchen sink or used in a water jug. These filters treat general taste and odor problems, including chlorine residue.




How does Carbon Filters Work?

When water flows through carbon filters, contaminants adsorb or stick to the surfaces of the carbon particles. Activated carbon filters are reported to be the best method available for removing specific organic chemicals, including some pesticides. However, carbon filters do not remove nitrate, bacteria, or metals, and are recommended for microbiologically safe water only.

Filtered Water does not remove all the contaminates in water and is not recommended for use in the “Anti-Cancer Diet”. Reverse Osmosis Water is better than Filtered Water.



5. Distilled Water

What is Distilled Water?

Natural water usually contains a number of microscopic contaminants, along with dissolved minerals such as calcium and iron. One way to remove these elements from water is to boil it until it changes to steam, a process known as distillation. When this steam is allowed to cool down and condense into liquid form again, the result is a purified form called distilled water.



Critics against Distilled Water

Critics of “Distilled Water” say the water leaches valuable minerals out of your body and deprives your body of important minerals that you would obtain from “well or spring water”.



Proponents for Distilled Water

Proponents of “Distilled Water” say that this water produces a completely negative ion reaction in the body. Negative ions maybe alkaline-forming causing the elimination of acid wastes from the body. Even though most distilled water tests acidic, an alkaline environment is created in the body because of the negative ions of the distilled water. Many people have experienced great results from drinking “Distilled Water”. The jury is still out on Distilled Water. I do not recommend Distilled Water because the water is “Dead” and does a poor job of hydrating your body because the water clusters are too large.





6. All Carbonated Beverages with High Fructose Corn Syrup (Fungus & Mycotoxin)

Carbonated beverages dehydrate your body from the caffeine. They rob calcium from your body from the high content of phosphorus. They cause obesity and fungus because of the high fructose corn syrup. They are as acidic as vinegar. Carbonated Beverages allow fungus (cancer) to proliferate in your body.



Regular Colas (with high fructose corn syrup)

“Regular Colas” have an average of seven (7) teaspoons of high fructose corn syrup per can. These colas are highly acidic, loaded with caffeine, and phosphorus.

Remember sugar is food for your fungus. All sweetened beverages are excluded from the “Anti-Cancer Diet.” If you are a regular user of Coke, Pepsi, Mountain Dew or any other sweetened cola you must abstain from these beverages not only during the “Anti-Cancer Diet” but also for the rest of your life. These beverages are cancer causing because of the acidic nature and the amount of sugar.

Colas contain large quantities of phosphorus, which when excreted pulls calcium out of the bones. Soft drinks have long been suspected of leading to lower calcium levels and higher phosphate levels in the blood. When phosphate levels are high and calcium levels are low, calcium is pulled out of the bones.

The phosphate content of soft drinks like Coke and Pepsi is very high, and they contain virtually no calcium. Heavy users of colas will have osteoporosis along with damaged arteries.

The relationship between “regular cola” consumption and body weight is so strong that researchers calculate that for each additional soda consumed, the risk of obesity increases 1.6 times. In my opinion, the obesity epidemic in the U.S. is caused by the heavy use of “regular colas” and the reduction of exercise in adolescents.

At a Medical Research Institute, human teeth were put in a cola beverage and found they softened and started to dissolve within a short period. The acidity of cola beverages is about the same as vinegar.

Soft drinks are the single greatest source of caffeine; a 12-ounce can of cola contains about 45 milligrams but the amounts in more potent soft drinks can exceed 100 milligrams a level approaching that found in coffee. Tests have shown caffeine withdrawal can strike people who drink a single cup of strongly brewed coffee or drink caffeinated soft drinks everyday. Caffeine-withdrawal symptoms include headache, fatigue, mild depression, muscle pain and stiffness, flu-like feelings, nausea and vomiting.






Diet Colas

“Diet Colas” eliminate the high fructose corn syrup but include an additive called “Aspartame.” What is Aspartame? Aspartame is the name for an artificial sugar substitute and is used in many foods and beverages.

Aspartame was not approved until 1981, in dry foods. For over eight years, the FDA refused to approve it because of the seizures and brain tumors this drug produced in lab animals. The FDA continued to refuse to approve it until President Reagan took office (a friend of Searle) and fired the FDA Commissioner who wouldn’t approve it. Dr. Arthur Hull Hayes was appointed as commissioner. Even then, there was so much opposition to approval that a Board of Inquiry was set up. The Board said: “Do not approve aspartame.” Dr. Hayes overruled his own Board of Inquiry.

Shortly after Commissioner Arthur Hull Hayes, Jr., approved the use of aspartame in carbonated beverages, he left for a position with G.D. Searle’s Public Relations firm.






Aspartame includes a deadly poison Methanol

Methanol (a wood alcohol) is a deadly poison. People may recall that methanol was the poison that has caused some “skid row” alcoholics to end up blind or dead. Methanol is gradually released in the small intestine when the methyl group of aspartame encounters the enzyme chymotrypsin.

The absorption of methanol into the body is sped up considerably when free methanol is ingested. Free methanol is created from aspartame when it is heated to above 86 degrees Fahrenheit. This would occur when aspartame-containing product is improperly stored or when it is heated. Methanol breaks down into formic acid and formaldehyde in the body. Formaldehyde is a deadly neurotoxin.

An EPA assessment of methanol states that methanol “is considered a cumulative poison due to the low rate of excretion once it is absorbed. In the body, methanol is oxidized to formaldehyde and formic acid; both of these metabolites are toxic.”

If you are healthy do not exceed a limit of consumption of 7.8 mg/day. A one-liter (approx. 1 quart) aspartame-sweetened beverage contains about 56 mg of methanol. Heavy users of aspartame-containing products consume as much as 250 mg of methanol daily or 32 times the EPA limit.

Bottom line is “Diet Colas” containing aspartame are deadly to your body. Stop all consumption immediately and tell your friends and family to do so also.






7. Sports Drinks (Ex. Powerade, Gatorade)

Sports drinks are loaded with sugar. Sugar feeds your fungus causing cancer. Avoid all Sports drinks while you are on the “Anti-Cancer Diet”.






8. Fruit Juices

Almost all bottled “Fruit Juices” have added sugar. These drinks are pasteurized (heated to kill bacteria) and contain no living enzymes for proper digestion. “Fruit Juices” are not recommended on the “Anti-Cancer Diet” because of the sugar content and pasteurization. Make your own fresh and living (because it has enzymes) “Fruit Juice” on your Juicing Machine.






9. Milk, Homogenized & Pasteurized
or "Supermarket Milk"


I drank "Supermarket Milk" (homogenized & pasteurized) all my life until I was 45. After researching Milk, I decided to stop drinking this toxic drink. Why? Below I list all the reasons you should avoid "supermarket milk." For those milk lovers, don't worry, I still recommend one kind of milk on the "Anti-Cancer Diet." This milk is so healthy for you it will actually make you feel better.

In the last edition of his “Baby and Child Care” bible, Dr. Benjamin Spock made it clear that "cow’s milk is for baby cows, not for human children." He wrote that it was “too rich in the saturated fats that cause artery blockages” and that it “slows down iron absorption.” He suggested that it may cause ear and/or respiratory problems, and may be linked to childhood onset diabetes. He stressed that infants should drink only human breast milk.

I agree with most of Dr. Spock's statements but he is making reference to homogenized & pasteurized Milk found in your supermarkets and not “Raw Milk” that I recommend on the “Anti-Cancer Diet.” Here are some shocking sad facts on your “Supermarket Milk.”






Fact #1: Milk and brittle bones, the facts

The dairy industry prefers to scare us with tales of brittle bones, hoping we don’t notice studies showing that people in Asia, who consume almost no dairy products, have a significantly lower rate of hip fractures than people in “got milk?” America. Consistent with those results is Harvard University’s 1997 Nurses Health Study, which followed 78,000 women over a 12-year period and found that those who consumed the most dairy foods broke the most bones.



Fact #2: Milk actually causes osteoporosis!

Why? The prestigious journal “Science” reported that based on a large body of evidence now available, there in fact is NO relationship between calcium intake and bone density. In fact, dairy products exacerbates the problem in that dairy is naturally high in protein and actually promotes osteoporosis. This is because high protein consumption causes greater amounts of calcium to be excreted in the urine. The amino acids in protein increase blood acidity, and the body pulls calcium from the bones to neutralize this acidity. Supporting this protein/osteoporosis connection, a University of Florida study found that vegetarian women had greater bone density and less calcium excretion than omnivores. Fact #3: Milk and the cancer link

Did you know that “Supermarket Milk” made in the US would be banned in Europe and Canada. Why? American “Supermarket Milk” contains a “Genetically-engineered” bovine growth hormone (“rBGH”), which is banned in Europe and Canada. This hormone, also, increases your risk of breast, colon and prostate cancers. Why do American Farmers use “rBGH”? This hormone increases milk production in cows (more money). All “Supermarket Milk” contains “rBGH” hormone unless specifically labeled as “NO rBGH”.

The European Commission (EC) has released a report by its authoritative international 16-member scientific committee, based on meticulous scientific documentation, confirming excess levels of the naturally occurring Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 (IGF-1) in milk of cows injected with Monsanto’s biotech hormone (rBGH). Fact #4: Milk is difficult for your body to digest

“Supermarket Milk” is mucus forming, thus contributing to stuffy noses, runny eyes and upper respiratory problems. Many people cannot digest milk sugar (lactose), and that if one insists on using dairy products, one should use yogurt since some of the beneficial bacteria present in yogurt aids in lactose digestion (This is why I have “Raw Milk” on your “Anti-Cancer Diet” because it is rich in enzymes and beneficial bacteria.).



Fact #5: Did you know “Elmer’s Glue” is made from Milk

Casein, the protein found in milk, is extremely hard to digest for many people. I later found out that that casein is a white, chalky, paste-like material that is used as a major ingredient in making Elmer’s Glue. It is no wonder that Elmer’s Glue is owned and operated by Borden’s Milk Company!



Fact #6: Milk Contains “Antibiotics”

As previously mentioned milk contains “Antibiotics”. Antibiotics cause cancer. Cows are injected with “Antibiotics” because of the modern feeding methods that include high-protein, corn and soy-based feeds instead of fresh green grass (cows preferred diet). The breeding methods are to produce cows with abnormally large pituitary glands so that they produce three times more milk than the old-fashioned scrub cow. “Antibiotics” are needed to keep the cows from getting sick.

Based on the information I have accumulated “Supermarket Milk” is highly toxic and should not be consumed because it contains

1. No enzymes for proper digestion,
2. Toxic “rBGH” growth hormone which causes cancer, and
3. “Antibiotics” which causes cancer.



But I like my Milk, is there a better alternative?

Is there an alternative to the “supermarket milk”? Yes. Drink only raw non-pasteurized and non-homogenized milk from grass feed cows that spend their life in the field instead in a “feedlot”. Talk to almost anyone about raw milk, and you’ll probably be told that raw milk is “dangerous” — followed tentatively by … “Isn’t it?” Thing is, people don’t know. We’re not all chemists or food-ologists. The presumption is that we consumers have been protected from various health hazards by the safety measures provided by pasteurized milk.

But I had also heard that the negative publicity about raw milk arose in the 1930’s due to poor sanitary conditions at an inner-city dairy at that time. So it was time to determine where this came from. Which is true?

According to Dr. Aajonus Vonderplanitz, a Ph.D. in Nutrition located in Washington, D.C., in Raw Milk; Udderly Health-giving!: The bad rhetoric about raw milk as a carrier for disease began in late 1930’s when, as Knudsen Dairy employee Alton Eliason testified, conglomerate Knudsen Dairy began a ruthless conspiracy to eliminate its small competitors and ensure less spoiled milk.

Knudsen began pasteurizing its dairy products but few people bought them because they were inferior in taste and health-giving properties. Knudsen claimed that pasteurized dairy was the only safe dairy and hired doctors, without research, to testify that raw milk caused diseases. They paid and worked with health officials to outlaw public and farm sales of raw milk. They paid writers to tell gruesome tales about dirty raw milk being a carrier of disease.

City dwellers began to believe that anyone who drank it was crazy or stupid. However, the people who worked with raw milk and drank it regularly were not fooled. The campaign to force pasteurization down people’s throats is still alive today and your article continued it.

“Over 290 billion glasses of raw milk have been consumed in the USA since 1960 without one epidemic and not one scientifically associated case of sickness,” reported biological attorney Raymond A. Novell. “However, pasteurized dairy has been scientifically proved to have caused numerous epidemics, including one that affected 197,000 people; and that fact is from CDC.”

Further, from the Boston Globe, in Got Raw Milk?: Until very recently, there was no such thing as “raw” milk; but people have consumed milk straight from the cow for centuries. In the 1860s, French chemist and microbiologist Louis Pasteur discovered that bacteria and other harmful organisms contaminating beer or wine could be killed off by heat.

The widespread pasteurization of milk starting in the 1920s “was one of the major breakthroughs in public health,” says Eric Decker, a professor of food science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. (There are several methods of pasteurizing milk before it is bottled; most commonly, its temperature is quickly raised to 161 degrees and kept there for 15 seconds.)

Before pasteurization, drinking industrially produced milk in America was a gamble. In The Untold Story of Milk, Ron Schmid, a naturopathic physician and raw-milk advocate, writes that as city populations skyrocketed in the mid-1800s and pasture for cows in urban areas became scarce, dairies began feeding their cows waste grain from local distilleries. The cows quickly became diseased and emaciated, producing poor-quality milk that, coupled with inadequate sanitation and refrigeration, caused a host of health problems, mostly in young children, and created a scandal around the milk industry. Pasteurization was seen as a solution to what was known as the “milk problem.”

So. That was the 1930’s. The “rhetoric” is the same. What’s changed?

Why Do You Recommend Raw Milk?

1. Raw Milk contains all 8 essential amino acids (the building blocks for protein). Some of these key enzymes are destroyed during pasteurization making "Supermarket Milk" difficult to digest. That is why many people are lactose intolerance and must avoid all Milk products.

2. Raw Milk contains Lactoferrin, an iron-binding protein, has numerous beneficial properties including improved absorption and assimilation of iron, anti-cancer properties and anti-microbial action against several species of bacteria responsible for dental cavities. Did you know that consumption of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) in the U.S. – which can be found in cookies, pop, candies, processed food and fast-food restaurants – has increased over 10,000 percent between 1970 and 2010.

Meanwhile, have you heard about the recent study, which reveals that a diet high in high fructose corn syrup may be partly to blame for insulin resistance?

Drinking high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS), the main ingredient in most soft drinks throughout the world, increases your triglyceride levels and your LDL (bad) cholesterol. These effects only occurred in the study participants who drank fructose – not glucose.

Consumption of beverages containing fructose rose 135 percent between 1977 and 2001. Food and beverage manufacturers began switching their sweeteners from sucrose (table sugar) to corn syrup in the 1970s when they discovered that HFCS was not only cheaper to make, it was also sweeter, a switch that has drastically altered the American diet.

In 1966, sucrose made up 86 percent of sweeteners. Today, 55 percent of sweeteners used are made from corn. Corn is universally contaminated with mold, fungus and mycotoxins.

Margarine was originally manufactured to fatten turkeys. When it killed the turkeys, the people who had put all the money into the research wanted a payback so they put their heads together to figure out what to do with this product to get their money back. It was a white substance with no food appeal so they added the yellow coloring and sold it to people to use in place of butter. Margarine is so toxic it not only kills turkeys but humans, also.

1. Butter is slightly higher in saturated fats at 8 grams compared to 5 grams.

4. Butter has many nutritional benefits where margarine has a few only because they are added!

• Very high in trans fatty acids,

• Lowers quality of breast milk,
• Decreases immune response,
• Decreases insulin response,
• And here’s the most disturbing fact.... HERE IS THE PART THAT IS VERY INTERESTING – Margarine is but ONE MOLECULE away from being PLASTIC!!

This fact alone is enough to avoiding margarine for life and anything else that is hydrogenated (this means hydrogen is added, changing the molecular structure of the substance).


You can try this yourself:

Purchase a tub of margarine and leave it in your garage or shaded area. Within a couple of days you will note a couple of things:

* No flies, not even those pesky fruit flies will go near it (that should tell you something).
* It does not rot or smell differently because it has no nutritional value; nothing will grow on it. Even those teeny weeny micro-organisms will not a find a home to grow. Why? Because margarine is nearly plastic. Would you melt your Tupperware and spread that on your toast?








Why Are My Favorite Meats not
on the “Anti-Cancer Diet”?

Some surprises appear on the list such as chicken, beef, eggs, lobster, shrimp and oysters. Chicken, beef and eggs can be consumed on the “Anti-Cancer Diet” but only from pasture raised grass fed animals that graze in the fields. These animals are not pumped with cancer causing antibiotic and hormone drugs. See section below on "Pasture Raised Cows vs. Factory Farms".

Lobster, shrimp and oysters are bottom feeding and tend to be too toxic and suppress your immune system.

The only nuts I recommend are “raw almonds.” Avoid all other nuts on the “Anti-Cancer Diet.” All processed bottled nuts have been roasted or cooked in some way. Peanuts or peanut containing food should be avoided because they contain fungus and mycotoxins.

Your Factory Farm, It doesn’t get much worse then this!

Imagine being locked in a small, crowded room where you were unable to move and were fed nothing but ice cream. What type of physique do you think you’d have? Your typical “corn-feed” factory feedlot cattle are tragically grown in this nightmarish environment. Your factory feedlot cattle go from calf to slaughter in as little as six months. The goal is to fatten the cattle quickly for slaughter.

The corn-feed contains fungal poisons and mycotoxins that are absorbed by the cow into their system. You are what you eat and the same notion goes for the cattle. This meat is toxic to your health and this is why I never recommend you buy your meat at a supermarket!



Why do Factory Farms use toxic corn-feed?

The economics of corn are straightforward. It is the cheapest and most convenient food source and probably the most toxic. US government corn subsidies actually enable farmers to sell corn for 50 cents less per bushel than it costs to grow. More cows can be raised on less land when they are fed corn. And when it comes to industrial farming, cost and efficiency is king.

Feedlots are able to cram thousands of cows together where they are fattened up quickly on a mixture of corn and a slurry of other ingredients including liquefied fat, animal protein, synthetic estrogen and antibiotics.



A Cow is not designed to consume corn

The modern day feedlot would not be possible without corn. But, a cow’s digestive system is not designed to digest corn and all the corn feeding causes massive health problems for the cow (because of the fungus and mycotoxin poisons). The average cow will die within 6 months from consuming a corn-based diet (their livers blow out), which is about all the time a factory farm needs to fatten up a cow for slaughter.



Why are Antibiotics in Supermarket Beef?

To keep the feedlot animal from dying prematurely, industrial farms feed the cows a constant dose of antibiotics (more fungus and mycotoxins). Did you know that most of the antibiotics sold in America end up in animal feed? It is now generally acknowledged that this practice is a direct contributor to the evolution of new antibiotic-resistant "super bugs."



E. Coli Contamination

These animals live in crowded living conditions where they stand in dirt and manure all day. E. coli contamination takes place in the slaughterhouse when manure from an animal comes in contact with meat. The less manure on an animal when it enters the slaughterhouse, the less likely the meat will become contaminated. With feedlot cattle, it is difficult to remove all the fecal contamination because the cattle stand all day long in dirt and manure for months on end.

Finally, the animals are also injected with synthetic growth hormones such as estrogen. These persistent chemicals end up in the meat you consume and also make their way into our waterways through the massive amounts of feedlot waste flowing into the environment.

Truth be told, the only thing factory farming is good for is producing huge quantities of beef at the lowest possible price. But what most of us don’t see are the true hidden costs of industrial farming. Inhumane farming operations create unhealthy animals that are bad for those who eat them and are a massive source of industrial waste.






Traditional Pasture Farming = Healthy Meat

On the other end of the spectrum, we have traditional pasture farming where cows are raised on their natural diet of grasses in a low stress environment. Feedlots manage thousands of head per day on a limited number of acres; i.e., 10-500 acres. Most ranchers run 1 cow per 5 to 40 acres to ensure that one animal has adequate grass to graze. The results are healthy cows, living in balance with nature with no need for antibiotics or hormone supplements. In turn, their meat is healthier for you. Pasture raised grass fed beef is leaner than grain fed beef, yet higher in omega 3 fatty acids, CLAs, Vitamin E and Beta Carotene. Grass Fed beef contains a balanced ratio of “good” fats. The ratio of Omega 6:Omega 3 fatty acids for 100% pasture raised grass fed beef is 2:1, a perfect ratio for optimal health.



The Problem with USDA “Grades” of Beef!

A growing body of research suggests that many of the health problems associated with eating beef are really problems with corn or grain fed beef. Despite the evidence, the USDA’s grading system continues to reward corn and grain fed beef, which is marbled, and high in saturated fat. The highest USDA “grades” of beef are those with the highest amount of inter-muscular fat, the worst type of fat for you to consume. This notion promotes the corn feeding of cows because people are taught to rely on the USDA’s grading system when judging beef quality.



Buy Only Free Range Grass Fed Beef

Don’t Buy Just Beef but Buy only Free Range Grass Fed Beef- Just because a piece of beef is certified organic does not mean it is healthier. Chances are, that cow was still fed corn, which means it still has an unhealthy fat balance. Certified organic beef just means the beef comes from animals that have not been treated with antibiotics or hormones and have been fed certified organic feed. There is nothing prohibiting the feeding of grain or corn to certified organic beef (unless the beef is labeled Certified Organic GRASS FED Beef).
