When should I go to the next Level?

Go to the next level only after you can easily complete the level you are on.
How is your speed going? How fast is you’re per mile walk or jog? Your bike? Your swim? Keep increasing the speed of your activity.

Once you have made it to Level 5 you are on your own. Continue to build and strengthen your body by increasing your speed and length of workouts. You may want to add running to your activity. How about some competition. Try a 5K Road Race or a Triathlon. These are the kind of activities that help you keep going. Always, keep track of your times and monitor your progress.

If you have difficulty at any one Level, just stay at that Level until it becomes easy to do, even if your at Level 1, 2, 3 or 4 for a month. Do not force your body beyond what it cannot do. It is ok to stay at week 1 for a month before you move on.

Is Fungus Causing
Your Health Problems

In most cases fungus has invaded your body and your Doctor doesn't know. Why? Your Doctor has not been trained in Mycology. In most cases he treats your symptoms as a bacterial infection. Antibiotic is a fungal mycotoxin that treats only bacterial infections. Do not take an antibiotic if you have a fungal infection. Read my E-Book - How to Restore Your Health from Cancer to learn the proper steps to take from Nutrition, Supplementation, Exercise, and Detox.
